This judge may be gutsy but not very smart, driven evidently by self-interest. Does he not know that one of the first things people will look at is his financial interest in the issue? Any claims of impartiality by this judge in making his decision won't hold in the light of these disclosures.

I think it is unconscionable for a judge who has invested so much money in oil exploration stocks and ventures to rule on a case involving oil exploration and ventures. I echo your sentiments!!

Sorry, but it seems to me that Dodd and Frank are so deeply involved in already failing Freddie Mac and Fannie May, that I doubt they are capable to true reform. They are instrumental in creating some of this mess, yet they stand back and point their fingers at everyone else. I guess I'm losing faith in their effectiveness. Idol White

This sad fact of no representation except for the bankers makes me feel disappointed. The power being given to those who don't deserve it makes us feel a visceral feeling of helplessness. When can I join you all in the street? I was out there in Sept 2008 when they were getting ready to bail out the banks. But there weren't many of us. Now we see they (our public servants) haven't learned the lesson after all that hell we went through! It's going to have to happen again? LOBBYISTS ARE EVIL
