Martin Feldman has committed a felony, and no one is doing anything about it. ...maybe they are afraid of losing their job without whistle blowing protection rights. Whatever the case, it is a violation of the CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT. The laws and PETITION OF COMPLAINT are in the link below. PLEASE SIGN! And thank you so much for your article Lisa Graves, I including your facts in my petition, which according to the JUDICIAL COMMISSION the process for making complaints about unethical practices for a judge must be filed with the JUDICIAL COMMISSION "in writing" so I will send them my complaint letter in the form of a petition with many signitures instead of just a letter from myself. PLEASES SIGN THE PETITION "INJUSTICE in the JUSTICE DEPARTMENT" which will be sent the Judicial Commission. THANKS! http://www.thepetitionsite.com/petition/851/930/576

Thank you for the sensible critique. Me and my neighbor were just preparing to do some research about this. We got a grab a book from our local library but I think I learned more from this post. I am very glad to see such great information being shared freely out there.

Sounds like another manufactured crisis to me. What are the actual test results, how big was the sample universe? How many receipts would I have to ingest to to trigger the adverse effects that may be linked to BPA? Do they realize the volume of sales receipts that are generated on a daily basis and they only found that 40% of their sample contained BPA? I think some needs to get some perspective before trying to scare us poor yokels.

Gee whiz. It's the the late 1600's and Fox News is the witch. Where's the outrage at Obama's boys jumping the gun? Isn't it a shame that all news agencies can't be like ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC ... i.e., liberal, even-handed, and unbiased.

He he he ... how utterly hypocritical ... get your facts straight you clowns: Breitbart didn’t force Sherrod to resign, Vilsack did.

Our Department of OFFENSE and it's cadre of private contractors DOMINATE our economy! What makes it worse is that, according to David Swanson at War Is A Crime .org (formerly AfterDowningStreet), fighting wars for oil is the single biggest way in which we (Americans) burn oil! Read about it at "Six Facts No War Supporter Knows" http://www.afterdowningstreet.org/node/54175. Not only does the Department of OFFENSE and it's cadre of private contractors siphon off our petroleum, they siphon off our national wealth, our identity, our integrity and our freedom. The constuitution provides for national DEFENSE, not OFFENSE. A rose by any other name...
