It's tragic in the Gulf -- I am in the phase of purchasing property and have been for months now -- I am not changing my mind as I have confidence that this will be cleaned up much faster than Valdez. This should enforce safety measures to be in place before we- as a country -decide to go forward with any future drilling.

Sounds like you bought the Fox news machine propaganda hook line and sinker to me. I remember early on in the health care debate how you guys kept saying most people are satisfied with their insurance. I don't know anyone who is satisfied with their insurance. The co-pay keeps going up every other year. It will certainly not cover anywhere near the medical exspenses if I or a loved one should get cancer. Why don't we start cutting costs from the top down? Let management and doctors and hospitals make less money and see how fast we get some change.
As far as states rights --blah blah blah. Then we can have a 50 different small too big governments.

Each major theory had it's supporters and critics, I wouldn't blast at climate change skeptics, although I am a strong believer of climate change but if I think for a moment and say ok..climate change isn't taking place because of CO2 emissions and it is only a part of the natural cycle, even if it's a natural cycle...it is going to be very dangerous because world population is growing rapidly and we need more and more land...and if climate changes...the countries which are heavily populated today who are at the receiving end of fierce climate change would have a hard time surviving...So look from this point...and it's not a hidden fact what pollution is doing and CO2...it may not be the cause of climate change but it is certainly speeding up the process. I am disgusted at these creditors. I thought that when the government bailed them out it was supposed to increase the money supply but instead the banks are just holding the money and sticking it to the customers. Honestly, how is anyone supposed to rebound from this awful recession if we keep getting hit with low blows. I agree that creditors have a right to increase rates for those who don't make payments, but to increase it to 30% for everyone? That's absurd!
