After running across this man's TV show, I did a little research on his credibility. Never found out if he paid back the $230,000 he took for the No Child Left Behind secret deal which was ruled illegal.
And the payments from tobacco companies to allow children to smoke under the guise of violation of personal freedom..
And allowing FOF to use his program to protest against other government laws such as Environmental Protection.

ALEC working for a constitution at the same time they want to silence dissent from CFA (or any other dissent) bodes ill for any society foolish enough to Trust them with anything dealing with our Constitution. Right off the bat, some of them work to oust others. Neither is a group that I would trust to create a government for the millions of citizens many of whom would be the first to be silenced by these authoritarian and oligarchic types of thinking.
Even under the terms of our allegedly inadequate framework, they already control a majority of the nations laws. It is insane to wish they had more power that they would have if they wrote a constitution to their specs. They wish increased fascist control and Dont' Trust Them one iota.
